📢Announcement! + my biggest struggle as a coach

I've been in this industry too long to ignore the fact that whenever people like me (coaches) use buzzwords like:

  • Reset
  • Cleanse
  • Detox
  • Cortisol, Hormone balance, gut protocol yada yada

We’re bound to get your attention, and if we hit a pain point ....you'll buy.

It's one thing I reaallllly don't like about my industry...

You're especially vulnerable to this if you are frustrated and want to make a change.

If you've convinced yourself you have to do ridiculous and extreme things to get to your goal, I can assure you that you do not.

But...you also need to open up your mind to new ways of doing things.

One thing so many women don’t understand (or want to accept) is that losing weight quickly can screw up your metabolism and can ultimately make it harder for you to manage bodyweight in the long term.

The fact is, at least 80-90% of the women I work with have weight loss goals.

My 'typical client' is a woman over 40 who is tired of chasing the same 10, 15, 20 pounds and has found that her old tactics that worked in her 20s and 30s just don’t work anymore. (Even though she thinks...maybe just one more time since at one point it worked)

To be successful with sustainable weight loss, especially in midlife, you need a different approach, Reader.
